Legal Question in Employment Law in California

paychecks

I get paid every friday. my check is direct deposit, and today, friday, my check didnt come in. whats that the law with my company getting me my paycheck.

The 'law' is that if you don't get timely paid, you can file a claim with the Labor Commissioner.
