payment after termination
I am living in CA and quit my job recently. My employeer still continues to pay me. Can they legally require me to pay back the money they paid me after I quit?

Do not cash the checks, and return the overpayment. If they money is not earned, you are not entitled to keep it.

Duh, of course. And they can sue if necessary.
