What should I do to get payment for the years that I was on-call for support but not compensated?

If you can prove you were entitled to pay you didn't receive, and can prove how many hours/dollars you are owed, you can file a claim with the Labor Commissioner that will 'look back' three years. You can also file a lawsuit directly in Superior Court if the amount in question makes it worth doing there. If you win you would be entitled to your attorney fees.
