percentage wages

employer makes own rules to pay employees we are hired to be paid at 30% for service we provide the employer pays 30% of what they deside we should get like this the sevice $90 employeer desides to give 30% of $75 and there are other violations like prevailing wage requirements not being meet how to fix this problem DLSE I get no responce lawer say have to go DLSE first were does a person get help I have all proff & noware to turn thanks
