Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I am permanently disabled and under the poverty line and I was employed 9 years ago and was laid off I contributed 6% of my salary for 401 k retirement plan and I would like this check mailed to me what steps do I need to take? Thank you vert much........

The 'steps' are for you to contact the Plan Administrator of your 401k plan and ask for help in seeking hardship waiver of the distribution penalty rules that govern such plans.
