I have a person of power at work who makes false statements about me and my abilities. What are my rights? Can anything even be done?

If you are saying you are a 'disabled person' under the meaning of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and are being discriminated against or harassed at work as a result of those disabilities, then you may have a legal claim.
