Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I am a professional tutoring living in Los Angeles. I currently have 3 students through a tutoring company but want to take on students privately. I would like to understand how CA's non-compete rules apply to my particular situation and profession.
Thank you for your insight.

Your question is too broad and general to answer in this forum. You need to ask a specific question with specific facts.
Then you need to sit down with experienced counsel for a thorough discussion and review of ALL your documents and facts, in order to get an informed opinion upon which you can rely. Anything less is but a few hints and tips. Are you going to base a business decision on that? Defending lawsuits is expensive, consultations are much less costly.
