Questions from and to a previous employer

What questions can I legally ask? Can I tell them about employees attendance or about her being quite and she may not be the right person to fill the job.

You can answer truthfully most questions, but common sense should dictate discretion and caution in what you say, to avoid angry ex-employees and threats of lawsuits.
