Raise and then probation within 24 hours
Walked out of a company after 6 years of service. Was given a raise one day and then put on indefinate probation and decreased salary by 15K the next. All this happened after I found out about the following:
1. money taken out of paycheck and not given to 401 K for 10 months.
2. went to pick up prescription and was told insurance was cancelled due to non payment by employer
3. I have been out of there for 1 year and it is still affecting me.I have been put on anti-depressents to help cope.

You should immediately speak with an attorney. If you were to bring suit, certain deadlines might be fast approaching.

If it is really over a year, you have probably lost the right to bring any tort based action, leaving you with only a claim based in breach of contract. It may still have some value, depending upon the provable facts. Contact me if interested in discussing.
