Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hello, I recently quit from a company I worked for since October 2009. We were always told we had document a meal break, but our time frames almost always didn't allow us. We had time frames with customers between 8-10am, 10am-12pm, 12-2pm,2-4pm,and 4-6pm. I sometimes had to work 12 hour days without taking a break. On my time card, I always put 0 in the meal break space. When we got our paycheck stub, it always said 60 minutes for meal break. Also before I quit, I looked at old time cards and saw a few times, my supervisor crossed off my 0 break and wrote 60 min, without my knowledge.

My office handles wage and hour class action cases, and depending on the circumstances we might be interested in inquiring further into this matter. If we are not able to take your case, we might be able to refer you to an attorney who can.
