Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was recently suspended fom my job due to the fact, that I did not acknowledge an Employee who has acces to enter the lot.. Its been 5 days of suspension and no word from them, other than It's being investigated..
Im pretty sure you need a warning before suspension or am I wrong? Is it possible to get fired for this?

Unless you have a written employment contract to the contrary, you are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or fired any time for any reason. Keep your employer happy with you.
