Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was recently terminated from a job because they accused me of stealing they didn't have any proof they just have me on camera walking through a near by building so they assumed it was me.what options do I have if any?"

Apply for unemployment and appeal when the employer claims you were terminated for cause. It is not illegal to fire someone on nothing more than suspicion, but there has to be more than that to deny unemployment benefits.

Look for new work and hope the old company doesn't tell the truth and their bad opinion of you to anyone that calls, which they are free to do.
