I was required to remain on eployers premises during my lunch breaks but was not paid for the time. can i sue for unpaid wages and waiting time penalties

You can sue or file a complaint with the California Labor Commissioner, if you can prove you were under your employer's control during your lunch breaks.

You can try, by filing a claim with the local Labor Commissioner's office. If valid, and if the amount of lunch time pay / OT is substantial enough to make it worthwhile hiring an attorney, feel free to contact me. If successful, you are entitled to recoupment of your attorney fees.
