Go to EEOC or DFEHA....and should contact an attorney!!!
Re: retaliation
The first step is to see an attorney for a consultation to determine if you have a valid action. Without an attorney to represent you or at least guide you, the chances of your successful prosecution of an action are quite low. Ask your County bar association for a referral to an attorney specializing this field. Better yet, ask friends who are attorneys for a referral to someone specializing in this field.

You must timely file with the Dept of Fair Employment & Housing, or with the Equal Opportunity Commission, before being allowed to file suit; then file within the time limits they give you. IF you are interested in obtaining counsel for this, contact me.
