what are my rights?

my guestion is ...well i've worked at this company for 20 yrs.,good record no problems. well i work in a company truck for a private company an had an accident that wasn't my fault matter of fact i wasn.t in the vehicle. A person baked up in my truck which caused minor damage, but i had to take a urine test an they found THC in my system.what i'm asking is since the accident wasn't my fault an it was minor damage an i wasn't an i wasn't acting strange as if i was under the influrence do they have the right to envade my privacy?
