Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Rights after termination

Is my employer allowed to tell possible future employers why I was terminated? What can they say? Is my former District Manager allowed to send out a district-wide voicemail (to over 10 managers) stating why I was terminated?

They can tell the full truth, not lie. If they lie, you could have a defamation action. If so, contact me.
