Salaried Nonexempt Clerical Employee

employee is a salaried nonexempt clerical employee and is on a timeclock. the individual works a 37 1/2 hr per week with a 30 mintue lunchbreak. Employee has been consistently late/tardy for a few months. 15 minutes to 1/2 hour. Can my employer dock me for this time?
