Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Different salary same position

I just got hired about 1 month ago

The company ended up hiring me and another worker same day same postilion.

They pay him 10grand more a year

Is this allowed?

Of course. Unless you are female and alleging a male is paid more for exactly the same job, with exactly the same qualifications as you. If that is the case, feel free to contact me to discuss your rights and remedies under the Equal Pay Act.
