Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I am not satisfied with my attorney!
I was wrongfully terminated and I have enough evidence which can prove the case, the termination was because I did not want to involve in illegal and fraud practices at an auto dealership owned by a major auto group. I met with my attorney and he took the case on contingency but it is bound by arbitration clause and since then I almost have to ask and consistently call to see progress being made or a letter going out, the defense lawyer firm is obviously stalling and now I read the auto group is on verge of bankruptcy and my attorney is busy with another case!
How can I find someone else on contingency and get myself released from my attorney without paying him for services rendered.
I want to also go to the Disctrict attorney and file a criminal lawsuit alongwith my employment lawsuit. Plus report to the DMV the fraud.

Re: I am not satisfied with my attorney!
You can do all the above if handled correctly. However, good luck finding an attorney to take a case against an insolvent company about to go BK. It's too bad, because normally a whistleblower case is a good case.
