Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Seek Attorney - EEOC Dismissal With Prejudice

I filed a racial discrimination. However, The EEOC Judges now ordered ''Dismissal With Prejudice''. Can I now bring my case to US District Courts or Federal courts? What actions can I take now? Are there any deadlines?

I have a solid case with proofs, testimonies from coworkers, and supportive documents. I am looking for

good attorney. Can you also recommend me one?

Your right and time to file should be explained in the EEOC ruling and accompanying papers. You probably don't have a 'strong case' legally; if you did, the case wouldn't have been dismissed with prejudice. However, mistakes are made, even by judges. IF there is still time to file, you might consult with a local attorney.
