Legal Question in Employment Law in California

In my severance agreement, it indicated "Employee further understands the acknowledges that this Agreement constitutes a voluntary waiver of any and all rights and claims Employee has against the Employer as of the date of the execution of this Agreement, and Employee has expressly waived rights or claims pursuant to this Agreement in exchange for consideration, the value of which exceeds payment or remuneration to which Employee was already entitled."

If I sign the agreement, does it mean I cannot bring legal action against the Employer if I think they might have violated the law (specifically the WARN Act)?

Thanks.

OF course. Signing it completely ends all claims; that is the whole purpose of settlement.
