sexual harassment

one of my male temporary employees working at a client site whistled at the clients female employee. she found it offensive and told her boss. the boss counseled my employee and said do not do this again. later that day he did it again. the client called me to end the assignment. i notified him his assignment had ended & told him why. he filed an unemployment claim stating he was discharged. i want to protest this claim. what is the best way to do this?

You will need to oppose his claim to the Unemployment Department during the initial phone interview, telling them the facts of how he was fired for misconduct and sexual harassment, and caused the company to lose a contract. If Unemployment still allows him to receive benifits, you must appeal that decision, timely, and then go to the appeal hearing and tell the same story again.
