Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I signed a confidentiality contract with a reality show not to talk about what happened on the show.

Instead, I wrote about the stylist who ruined my hair on that show (not the show itself, didn't mention the show at all) and the show called and asked me to take down my posting because it violates that confidentiality agreement. What happens if I don't take it down? If I have to take it down, what are my rights regarding what I'm allowed to say? I was NOT paid at all for this show

Without reading the contract, it would be impossible to say what you have agreed to, much less what you can or cannot do. If the show's lawyers believe you breached the terms of the contract they could sue you for injunctive relief and damages. If you believe you have not violated the terms of the contract, you can take your chances and call their bluff.
