Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I have been singled out by a supervisor who has discriminated against my female gender by treating me differently in disciplinary actions which has created an un-healthy and hostile work environment where my health has suffered ,and in denying me the necessary work safety equipment when there was an attempt of sexual assault at my work-place upon my person, i was un-able to call for assistance,from lack of safety equipment that all my male co-workers are in possesion of; and had I not had my own protection device i may have had an even worse outcome... such as death. I have been on workers comp for 3 months under doctors care and medication for stress and anxiety dis-order.

What type of an attorney should i be shopping for and is there a course of action i am entitled to?

If you have actual admissible evidence to prove your claims of sexual discrimination, harassment and assault, you may have a case worth pursuing.
