slander / harrassment from boss

my boss has called me a f**king jew ( by name ) no,i am not a jew-he has told me he does not want my wife calling me on my break because he pays for the break-this is just 2 items,there have been many others to not only me but other workers.i am the foreman and the boss is the owner.

IF you can prove such racially derogatory comments, you have a claim. Even if you aren't Jewish, but he thinks you are, you would be protected from such discrimination and hostile environment. Consult local counsel about taking action.
