Legal Question in Employment Law in California
hi this my storie ,i have been having alot of problems with my boss i work at a craft store ,the problem with her its that shes alway rigth about everything if u talk back at her she gets mad at you ,if u do something bad ,like a order or not fixing a car to return things she already calling you stupid or yelling at you in front of customers .the problem rigth now its that me and sister had a car accident and the main person that was in the front as a cashier{my sister} had to stay at home for a month .so my boss decided to put me as a cashier and she stared fixing my lanes witch for her were dirty and she was telling everyone that i hadent clean in years .one day i had a book order missing so she got mad at me for lossing it {it was lost on my day off} some co-workers say that she had it in her possesion .some even say that it was on her car .now that my sister its coming back she says that i either go to the other store {its far from my house } or i get fire .the people that work over there have cars but she bringing two from the other store and me going over there and ill have to get up more early and get 2 buses and pay more money .so its there anything that i can do .can she fire me for not wanting to go to the other store .thanks

California is an "at will" state so the employer can fire you without reason; you can also be reassigned to a different location unless you have a work agreement to the contrary. I do not see you have any remedy.
There are no laws against 'unfair treatment' or poor management. In general, unless an employee is civil service, in a union, or has a written employment contract, they are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or fired any time for any reason, with or without �cause�, explanation or notice. The employee's goal should be to keep the employer happy and make the company money. That�s how they pay your wages.
