i had a stroke my job cant accomadtion me in my job area can they fire me its truned into disabilty now

If you are rated fully disabled and unable to work, you can't also claim on your employer for lack of accommodation. If you are not fully disabled, and can show there is a way for the employer to reasonably accommodate you, then you might have a claim. If so, feel free to contact me.
