Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Can I sue my old employer for mistreatment, as well as not allowing me to gorw? I had to go to court for EDD issue, and the judge sided with me, however I have been keeping a journal for sometime now, along with the dates, etc... and I would like to know if I could sue them?

Sure, you can sue someone for anything you want. Of course if you have already sued the employer on the EDD issue you probably will lose, and then your former employer may sue you for filing a meritless lawsuit. Oh, and there's the other little problem that unless it was racial, gender or other discrimination prohibited by statute, or an Occupational Safety and Health Act violation, it is not illegal to treat employees badly. As for not allowing you to grow, really? Did they bind your feet or put bricks on your head? Be serious. You're entitled to be paid for work at a place of employment, not to "grow."
