Can I sue a former employer for not paying commission as agreed for sales that I made as a sales rep?

Commissions earned are part of the pay due to you and are due upon termination just like regular hourly pay and vacation pay. A terminated employee is entitled to waiting penalties for the employer's failure to pay...up to the value of 30 days' pay. I hope this helps
