Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Could I sue a temp agency that job place me with a company that defrauds customers? I was turned down unemployment because I quick the job after a day of working with that company.

Asking the question multiple times finally got you to the point of explaining what your claim and question was about.

No you can't sue the temp agency, they didn't harm you, but you can appeal any denial of EDD benefits and prove to EDD that you quit for 'good cause' - illegal conduct. Hope for your sake you are correct, and can prove it.
