What can he do? The same as anyone accused, and accusing others, of sexual harassment. Defend himself, and support his allegations against others, with whatever witnesses, evidence and facts he has available. When several parties accuse each other of harassment, there are seldom winners, and usually just losers, as in 'everyone gets terminated' as a way to protect the company, unless the company can clearly determine who is the wrongdoer and who is the 'innocent'. If he seriously contends he is suffering illegal harassment and discrimination, he can pursue the claim in a lawsuit. He'll have to deal with the reality of accusations against him in defense, and the possibly of having to defend a lawsuit against him. If he wants to consult with counsel to get advice and opinion, have him contact me.
