Legal Question in Employment Law in California
My supervisor has reviewed my job performance evaluation with me face to face and I have received a satisfactory review. After the review, I was tasked to signed the evaluation review and didn't thought much about it. Not recently I've learned that after, our head management has changed all the employee review to what he thinks is appropriate without the employee of the company knowing it.
Is it legal for them to so such a thing?

There's nothing per se illegal here. But you should get a copy of both reviews for your records. They may come in handy should you need to file for unemployment or for other legal matters.
Legal? Sure. The employer determines pay, hours, duties, titles, evaluations, etc. Remember, you are an 'at will' employee that can be fired any time for any reason. Keep the employer happy if you want to keep your job.
