Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I am a supervisor of a warehouse. I report to a manager who reports directly to the CEO. I filed a complaint against my manager for unfair acts against other team members. On my next day to work I was told that my job duties have now changed and I'm no longer a supervisor. I believe the same company is fighting a wrongful turm out of San Diago.

Unfortunately, you have described an 'unfair' action against an 'at will' employee, which is not illegal, and leaves you no grounds for valid claim.
Actually, I don't necessarily agree with Mr. Nelson's assessment. While he may be correct, the answer really depends on what you complained about. If you complained, for instance, that your manager was treating certain team members unfairly because of their gender, race, age, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected category, you may indeed have a claim under California's Fair Employment and Housing Act for retaliation.
Based on what you have written, it is impossible to accurately determine if you have been the victim of unlawful conduct.
