i am currently suspended at my employer, am i aloud to quit in anticipation of being fired?

Unless you are in the rare circumstance of being restricted by contract, you have the right to quit your job at any time for any reason. That is what is known as "at-will" employment. However, if you quit, you will probably not be eligible for unemployment benefits, unless extenuating circumstances apply.

Just like the attorney befor me explained, you have the right to quit your job at any time for any reason. If you are contractually bound to complete a job, you can be sued for damages but nobody can force you to work.
