Legal Question in Employment Law in California

suspended for months

basically I was placed on suspension after signing something saying that i consumed concession products without paying for them at the time of consumption, that is not true but in anger dumb things are said and done, I was placed on suspension in february. I was never verbally or on paper notified that I was terminated of my position. I believe there are ulterior motives behind my suspension.

Do I have any ground as basis for an argument of employment.

Re: suspended for months

If you're saying you are still 'on suspension' since Feb, then you should long ago have discussed the situation with the company to determine your status. I would say you are permanently unemployed. You could probably have been drawing unemployment. Since you admitted wrongdoing, there is probably nothing an attorney can do for you.
