Legal Question in Employment Law in California
After being targeted for weeks. I was ask for meeting by manager then td I was terminated effective immediately. No reason given.filed for unemployment. .T phone interview.td my side..interviewer told me what they said..i was rude to manager and staff..was coached on right way ..they never coach me....told interviewer it wSnt true.. alled ended. Later interviewer called back saying manager said..zomeone told her i cLled her a bitch.. told interviwer it was not true.. ...can that prevsnt me from getting unemoyment????interview
