Legal Question in Employment Law in California

if i was terminated while under a without cause agreement due to an illness from last june do i have any legal recourse. it was while i was at a large local church?

If you are saying you had a written employment contract, with defined termination provisions, and they provably violated it terms, then you may have legal recourse. If so, and if serious about pursuing it, feel free to contact me. If by 'without cause' you mean it was an 'at will' agreement, you can look for new work.
