i was terminated while out with a doctors excuse
I was terminated while out on medical stress do to the work invironment that was becoming more and more hostile, discriminatory, and not knowing day to day if you would be fired. I felt I was used, violated, and wrongfully terminated. Is there anything I can do?

Discrimination is a legally defined word, meaning conduct directly based on your race, sex, age, religion, ethnic origin, etc.
If instead, you are only complaining about unfair treatment and stress, it is not illegal. It might be a violation of Workers Comp retaliation rules; so consult your comp attorney.
If you think you have a valid provable discrimination claim, file with EEOC or DFEH and get experienced counsel. Contact me if so.

If your stress was work-related and you reported your injury to your employer, co-workers or sought treatment, you may have a worker's Compensation case.
