Terminated because of (GPS) global positioning system

I was terminated because they installed a GPS in the company work van. I was never informed that it was GPS,but I was informed by my supervisor that it was a system for electronic invoicing. At the time of my termination I was told that they tracked me for 6 days from the day they installed it. I asked why they did not tell me ahead of time that they where installing a GPS.Their reply to me was I did not have to be told at all. So I asked then why did you tell me it was for electronic invoicing,no reply. Other employees were also tracked and caught, but only warned and told to not let it happen again.
