Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was terminated from my job. The cell phone I used at work was company issued but I also had my personal email sent to the cell phone. I believe that the company is spying on me by reading my personal emails.

The cell phone is company property. You have no right to privacy by having your emails sent to a company phone.

Company phone = company messages. Not 'private', not spying.

Change the password on your private e-mail. The company no longer will have access!
