termination of employee having relationship with

I was recently fired by my employer due to the fact that his wife, whom he claimed he was divorcing and lives in another state, found out we were sleeping together. she harrassed me and my family and shortly after was asked by him to leave the company because they were going to try and work it out. we had a year long contract which was never redocumented or never was given written termination etc. is this legal?

Truly consentual sex with your boss may not technically be grounds for a discrimination claim, but your facts might allow you a claim because of the termination. Feel free to contact me to discuss.
