Termination

Is it legal for the company to grant me stock as stay-on bonus and terminated me without notice 2 weeks before the vesting date with a reason ''department re-org''? Can this be ''wrongfull termination'' since the were some personality conflicts involved? My position was not eliminated. Please let me know.
