Today at work a co worker hit me really hard in my back, she hit me so hard I though she kicked me. Well my back is hurting. She did it in front of my boss and another coworker. My Boss didn't do anything. I was wondering what I should do??

If you need medical attention, you should report this to your employer's workers comp provider. You might also have the right to sue the co-worker for damages, and perhaps your employer as well.

Quit, complain to mgmt and demand the company enforce its policies if any exist, sue the person? Companies are generally not responsible for the one time criminal acts of employees.
