Legal Question in Employment Law in California

If I was trapped in an elevator at work and the company failed to provide a safe way for me to get out. What are my legal options?

Were you injured or harmed in some way? Unless you suffered injury or financial loss of some kind, your legal options are non-existent.

Sounds like you got out ok. IF you were injured on the job, you'd have a WCAB claim.
