Unemployment Benefits

I was recently terminated (I believe wrongfully) for a positive urinalysis (marijuana). Upon hearing of the positive result I immediately went out and took another test, at another lab, as per my boss' recommendation. That test came back negative. I am now being denied unemployment benefits because of the original positive result. What are my chances of winning an appeal?
