Legal Question in Employment Law in California

unemployment compensation

I was ''terminated'' because I wasn't understanding the job at hand. Am I still entitled to umeployment benefits? I had only been there 6 weeks and had no prior experience in that industry. I have never collected uemployment bennies in the 20 years I've lived in CA.
