Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Unlawful Termination

I was fired today because I had discussed with a coworker the fact that I was upset that my boss decided to not give me a review when he said he would. That's it. This review was connected to my salary, and I was under the impression that it's illegal to fire an employee for discussing his salary with another employee. Do I have a case here?

Thanks for the help.

Re: Unlawful Termination

No. You're an 'at will' employee, just like most other employees in the state.
