Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Unlawful Termination ''post 9/11 law'' Please help

I'm a former employer of a government contractor, prior to 9/11. I was fired this week due to the fact that I''m not a US citizen. If my citizenship status was an issue, why didn't the copany let me go at the time that the law was issued. I know there was a law issued concerning this but I don't know where to look for it. Please help!

If the rules properly apply to you and your status, then you can't complain simply because they didn't take quicker action. If you are saying the rules don't apply to you, then contact me to explain why not, and we can discuss if you have any remedies.
