Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Verbal labor agreement not honored

Averbal agreement was made where I supplied my labor to a business establishment doing various odd jobs needing to be done. This was to be cash under the table. If I was lucky I might have squeezed a mere 10.00 from my Employers on an every other day basis. I kept hearing promises of being paid a lump sum when my work was done. With what I was paid

I didn't even make half of the min. wage. When I asked for my money I was given a mere 20.00 and told to never come back on their property again. I have a log of the hours I worked and days . What do I do from here?? PS there are 3 other ''victims'' that demo'd a resturaunt for them 10 hour days, heavy equip. oper. didn't even make 50.00 a day. the same promises were made to them as they were to me.
