vested pension
I have 17.20 years of vested pension credit. How can the carpenter southwest administrative corporation not pay me my pension?

Re: vested pension
The facts you have provided are not enough for me to be able to provide you with an answer. However, the only thing I can tell you is to talk to your union rep.
Hope this helps.

Re: vested pension
I am sorry to hear about your situation, but without more facts, I could not say why they are refusing to pay you. I suggest you contact either your union, the Department of Labor Pension Welfare Adminstration and make a complaint or an attorney in your area.
Best of luck, Beth Mora
